Welcome to Americas Got Soccer (“AGS”), powered by RecRivals. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, mobile application, facility, and services, including indoor soccer leagues and field rentals.
By accessing or using AGS services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
AGS provides indoor soccer leagues, field rentals, and related services at its facility located in Oakland Park, Florida. Services are managed in part through the RecRivals platform.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register or participate unless enrolled through an authorized guardian or program.
3. Registration & Payments
All bookings, league registrations, and payments are processed through RecRivals or approved AGS channels.
Payments are final unless otherwise stated. AGS reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, and availability at any time.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Field rentals and league fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
AGS may reschedule games or bookings due to operational needs. No refunds are guaranteed for missed games or unused bookings.
5. Player Responsibility & Conduct
Participants agree to:
- Follow all facility rules and staff instructions
- Respect other players, referees, and staff
- Use equipment and facilities responsibly
AGS reserves the right to remove any participant for misconduct without refund.
6. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver
Participation in sports activities involves inherent risks, including injury or physical harm.
By participating, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with indoor soccer activities.
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, AGS, its owners, staff, and partners (including RecRivals) are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses incurred during participation or use of the facility.
7. Facility Rules
All users must comply with AGS facility rules, including safety guidelines, time schedules, and staff directions.
Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.
8. Use of RecRivals
AGS uses RecRivals to manage scheduling, bookings, and league operations. By using AGS services, you also agree to RecRivals’ terms and platform usage.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials associated with AGS and RecRivals are protected and may not be used without permission.
10. Changes to Terms
AGS reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
